Take your practice further with Pilates +. This class is designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone, enhance core engagement, and improve coordination and balance. Elevate your fitness journey with us.

At this time we will not be providing weights for this class, but the instructor can and will incorporate them into the workout if you bring your own.
